OBITUARY

Mr. Gary Wayne Wagner passed away Sunday, Oct. 14, 2007, at his Farmington residence at the age of 71 years and 8 months.  Gary was born Feb. 14, 1936, in Marble Hill, MO., and was the son of Charles Milton Wagner and Reeda Ellen 'Back' Wagner. Also preceding Gary in death was one Brother, J. C. Wagner.

Gary was a member of the American Bar Association and a practicing attorney with the Colson, Wagner and MacKay Law Firm in Farmington for 38 years.  Gary had been active in many community organizations and was the Farmington City Counselor for 35+ years.  Gary was a former School Teacher and Agent for the Missouri Conservation Department.  Gary was a member of  Farmington First Baptist Church.

Survivors Include: his wife of nearly 50 years, Frances L. 'Underwood' Wagner; 1 Daughter, Jane  Wagner-Garner; 1 Son, Anthony (& Marianne) Wagner; Son-In-Law: Brian Garner, all of Farmington; 1 Sister, Norma 'Mrs. Mayford' Warren, of Cape Girardeau, MO; 2 Grandchildren: Jessica Lorainne 'Mrs. Joshua' Burton, of Hilo, Hawaii; Garret Wagner-Garner, of Farmington. 1 Great-Grandson: Caleb Burton. Also, his Mother-In-Law: Thelma Underwood, of Farmington.

Farmington Visitation : Wed, 5-8 p.m., resuming Thurs.,7 - 9:30 a.m.

Farmington Funeral : Thurs., 11 am, at Farmington First Baptist Church with Dr. William C. Miller and Rev. Jacob Pollard officiating.

Marble Hill Visitation : Thursday, 5-8 p.m., at LILEY Funeral Home - 410 Union St. - Marble Hill, MO. 63764  (573) 238.2820

Marble Hill Funeral : Friday, 10:30 a.m., Oct. 19th at LILEY Funeral Home CHAPEL.

Interment : Glen Allen Cemetery, Marble Hill, MO.
