The above poem was written by Rollin E. Becker especially for his mother on her 100th birthday - February 18, 2006.  Rollin is pictured above at 7 years of age.

Ruby Ethel Becker (nee Robertson) died at Mt. St. Rose Sanitarium in St. Louis, Friday, August 17, 1928 at the young age of 22 years, 5 months and 29 days.  Ruby was born February 18, 1906, and was the youngest daughter of George W., and Armina Leona Robertson [nee Pigg]. On May 4, 1925 she was united in marriage to Edward P. Becker, who survived her, and to this union, two sons were born, namely: Rollin Edward Becker, who survived her; and George Felix Becker who preceded her in death.
