State vs. Vernon Burns. Operating Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated. Defendant enters plea of guilty, punishment fixed at a fine of $100.00 and costs.

Lang & Bros. Mfg. & Merc. Co. a Corp., vs. Effie Amonnette. Ejectment. Cause submitted to court and the court being fully advised finds issues for plaintiff and against defendant. Costs assessed against defendant.

DIVORCES GRANTED:

Bessie from William Huff. Custody of minor children awarded, Mrs. Anne Denoyer, paternal grandmother.
