State vs. Bert ROSS, robbery; motion to quash indictment sustained and defendant ordered held for filing of new indictment or information.

State vs. Jeff TUCKER, selling liquor to minor; indictment dismissed and information filed.

Same as to State vs. Joe SMITH for same offense.

State vs. Robert HORTON, selling liquor to a minor; continued to May term at cost of State. Same action as to cases against Jack BOARMAN and P. H. FITZGERALD for same offenses.

State vs. J. H. HALTER, assault with intend to kill; trial by jury and on failure to agree cause is continued to May term.

State vs. Ellis LEVEL, petit larceny; dismissed at cost of defendant.

State vs. W. T. WILSON, disturbing the peace; dismissed at cost of prosecuting witness.

State vs. Chas. HUFF, assault with intent to kill; dismissed at cost of defendent.

State vs. Frank PRATTE, carrying concealed weapons; dismissed at cost of prosecuting witness.

State vs. Henry HUBBARD, felonious assault; plea of guilty and sentenced to 5 days in jail.

Jno. W. BAILY vs. St. Joseph Lead Co., damages; motion to make both plaintiff and defendant's answer more definite and certain sustained.

State vs. Walter MOORE, defiling female; continued at cost of defendant.

State vs. Ellis COFFMAN Jr., assault with intent to kill; plea of guilty and sentenced to one day in jail.

G. F. YOUNG vs. Ill. So. Ry. Co., appeal from J.P. court; continued at cost of defendant. Same order as to Wm. PRUETT, Henry FORSYTH and Wm. YINGLING against same defendant.

Chas. PALMER vs. Ill. So. Ry. Co., appeal from J.P. court; continued pending settlement. Same order as to cases of George CROCKER, John W. KEAY, J. R. BABB and A. J. McGREW, against same defendant.

The cases of Chas. WILLIAMS, Jas. MONTGOMERY, John R. KIRKPATRICK, three cases; E. W. PORTER, two cases, and Henry GISON, against the Ill. So. Ry. Co., continued to May term.

Paul ALY and J. W. GRIFFARD excused as petit jurors.

State vs. W. W. ROBERTS, selling liquor with license. State enters nolle prosse.

State vs. Otto JOHNSON, assault with intent to kill; continued on account of absence of Bert THURMAN and Ezra BONE.

State vs. Wm. SHELTON, appeal from J.P. court; appeal dismissed and cause remanded.

State vs. John WILKSON, two cases, selling without license and selling to a minor; continued at cost of defendant until Dec. 10.

Ordered that Dr. George Anderson McEWEN be admitted as a citizen of the United States.

W. H. BROWN vs. Jettie BROWN, divorce; tried and submitted.

Effie WRIGHT vs. Jasper WRIGHT, divorce; degree granted on payment of costs.

Theresa SMITH vs. Ralph SMITH, divorce; decree on payment of costs.

The People's Bank of Flat River files petition for dissolution of incorporation.

Sheriff returns the following grand jury: Alfred HOPSON, Joe DUNKLIN, S. PAINTER, J. L. DIXON, John CAFLISCH, D. M. FLEMING, Mike LAUGHLIN, Joe ZOLMAN, John JARNIGAN, Lewis EATON, Thos. MAGUIRE and John A. SPROTT. John JARNAGIN is appointed foreman.

John M. DOSS et al. vs. St. Francois County Ry., Co., injunction; set for first Monday in Feb., 1908, and Judge Samuel DAVIS called in to try same.

Emile BAUER vs. Weber Implement Co., replevin; order granting change of venue vacated and cause continued to May, 1908.

David SOMMERS vs. Louisa E. PINS[?], partition; continued to next term.

Thos. L. ISBELL vs. Frank RADER, appeal from J. P. court. Justice FRASER ordered to send up original petition.

Jno. S. HEDGECOTH vs. St. Joseph Lead Co., damages; trial by jury and verdict for defendant in sum of $500.00.

G. W. PRESNELL vs. Louis AUBUCHON, note; judgment by default for $67.
