FIVE DRAFTEES IN FIRST QUOTA

The St. Francois County Board of Selective Service has been notified that the first quota of trainees to be sent is five who will be inducted at Jefferson Barracks, Friday, November 29th.

The five will be chosen from the fifteen draftees who have voluntarily enlisted for service:

Edgar Clyde Lewis - Farmington
Cecil Neil Taylor - Flat River
William Firmin Mattingly - Elvins Route One
John Nazarik - Bonne Terre
George Andrew Drab - Bonne Terre
William Leslie Bates - Iron Mountain
Robert Vincent Underwood - Bonne Terre
Chester Bradberry Kollmeyer - Farmington
Homer Walter Poff - Iron Mountain
Floyd Newton Hill - Bismarck
George William Nash - Bonne Terre
Herbert Jesse Wisdom - Flat River
Walter Edgar Pogue - Rivermines
Marvin Lee Watson - Bismarck, Star Route
William Ulric Kindlesparger - Bismarck, Star Route
