The above items were contributed by Gene Valle, grandson of Eli Hobaugh who worked from 1900 to 1945 in the Lead Belt Mines of St. Francois County, Missouri.  In the top photo taken in 1944, Eli Hobaugh is first man on left-hand side of back row.
