THOMAS F. RAWSON

MINE EMPLOYEE IS NOW RETIRED

A St. Joseph Lead Company employee, Thomas Fenton Rawson of 310 Francis Street, Bonne Terre, was retired August 1. He was born in Valles Mines, Jefferson County, Mo., but has lived at his present address 36 years. He was married to Mayme Belle Weber in 1925.

He had continuous service with St. Joe since 1923, working in the Mining Department at Bonne Terre and Leadwood as loader, Thew snovel operator, Joy loader operator, development driller, mine electrician and maintenance man.

Mr. and Mrs. Rawson have a son, George Rawson, who lives in Newport Richey, Fla; and two daughters, Dee Ann (Mrs. Robert Blanton) of Bonne Terre, and Frances of the home. There are five grandchildren.

Mr. Rawson enjoys two hobbies, fishing and hunting. He plans to rest and make a trip to Florida this fall.
