VALLOS OF BONNE TERRE
ARRESTED FOR BOOTLEGGING

John Vallo and his son, Frank Vallo, of Bonne Terre, were arrested Saturday night in a raid on their place by Sam Doss, Constable Turley, of Bonne Terre, and Deputy Constable Blaylock, of Elvins, on double charges of possessing and selling intoxicating liquors. The men were caught "red handed", Frank Vallo having had a half pint of liquor on him, and other evidence obtained supporting both charges.

Both were released on bond. The time for the preliminary trial has not been set.
