BASKET DINNER AT WALLEN FARM
1947

Relatives and friends met at the Clay Wallen farm at Hickory Grove, Sonday, where a basket dinner was enjoyed. The day was spent visiting and at games. Those present were Dr. and Mrs. F. T. Wallen, owners of the farm, Mr. and Mrs. R. M. Grenia, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Lightfoot, Mr. and Mrs. John Tullock, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Sinclair and daughter, Darlene, Julia Tullock, Mrs. Minnie Denton, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Denton, Eugene Denton, Darrell Denton, Jessie Denton, William O. Wallen, R. L. Sherrill, Virgil Grenia, Joe [Joseph] Forshee, Mrs. J. C. Blanton, J. O. Lucas, and Mrs. Carl Cooley, all of Bismarck.

Mr. and Mrs. George Miller and Mrs. Fannie Aulsbury of Leadwood; Mr. and Mrs. Jim [James] McDanials [McDaniels ?] of California; Mr. and Mrs. Hays Wallen and son, Bob and Andy Turner of Cabool, Mo.; Mr. and Mrs. H. S. Denton and son, and Mr. and Mrs. Herman Brown and daughter, Pam of St. Louis; Mr. and Mrs. Fred McGee, Sr., Mr. and Mrs. Elisha Wallen, Mr. and Mrs. C. L. Ford, Mr. and Mrs. E. B. Smith, Mrs. Lulu Montgomery and Mrs. Bertha Robinson, all of Irondale; Mr. and Mrs. Cleo Wallen and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Garrett and Mrs. Minnie Garrett of Desloge; Mr. and Mrs. Paul Grenia, and Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Bradley and Christ Wallen of Bismarck.
