Flat River Classes 1940 -1946
Hold Annual Reunion

The Flat River High School classes held their annual reunion at Rosener’s on Saturday, April 10, 2010. There were 28 class members and 12 guests present, for a total of 40. 

1940 - Opal (Webb) Black, Park Hills and Dorothy (LaBrot) Straughn, Farmington, three guests and daughter and son-in-law, Joe and Karen Stewart of Farmington. 

1941 - Lillian (Roome) Chism and husband, Illinois; Virginia (LaBrot) Ellis, Indiana; Irma Howe, Park Hills; Ralph McElvain and wife, Jefferson City; and Louis Miller, St. Louis. 

1942 - Linda (Rhodes) Brinkman, Florissant; Bill Edwards, Desloge; Betty (Wyges) Heidbrier, Kirkwood; Virginia (Walker) McFarland, St. Louis; and Helen (Ellis) Montgomery, Farmington; Jennie Lou (McGeorge) Smith, St. Charles; Ernie Wadlow and Irene Zarowski, Park Hills; Darrell Watson and wife, Dorothy, Farmington. 

1943 - Mildred (Reeder) Lee, Park Hills; Harold McElvain, Kirkwood. 

1944 - Bernice (Ragsdale) Dodd, Park Hills; Betty (Dietch) Huff, Farmington; Dorothy (Deneke) Gerig, Park Hills; George Neckerman, Park Hills; Bob Gurnea, Afton; Katherine (Smith) Rodgers, Farmington; C.F. and Faye Sitzes, Farmington; Maxine (LaBrot) Poston and husband, Kansas City; Rose Marie (Smith) Johnston, Farmington; Clarence and Wanda Watson, Festus. 

1945 - Oneida (Watson) Crader, St. Louis; Henry Tessereau, St. Louis. 

1946 - Wilma (Pinkley) Mosier, Farmington. 

Everyone attending had a very pleasant time and shared many good memories together. 

This annual reunion is held the second Saturday in April, at Roseners. All classes from Flat River High School are always welcome.
