The above photo of the Grand Theater in Desloge was contributed by Rollin Becker, and is not to be redistributed or used for any commercial purposes without his knowledge and consent.

The Grand Theater was located on Elm Street in Desloge, Missouri.   It operated from the early 1920's until the 1950's.  It was originally owned by a Mr. Tuttle, but was forced to close during the Great Depression of 1929.  It was reopened in the late 1930's by a Mr. Corbin and continued to operate until the late 1950's.  As is illustrated by the photos below, the local radio station, K.F.M.O. held their "barn dances" at the Grand Theater.
