CHARLES MICHAEL O'CONNELL

CHARLES MICHAEL O'CONNELL, Democrat, of Fredericktown, was born in St. Louis September 20, 1846; educated in public schools of St. Francois County and Ste. Genevieve Convent; served two years in Marmaduke's brigade, Colonel Colton Greene's Regiment, in Civil War; was for twenty-five years in the service of the St. Louis, Iron Mountain & Southern Railroad, being for fifteen years engineer; in 1898 his county honored him by electing him to the Legislature. Farmer; married.
