Herman
was drafted in March, 1945, at the age of 20. He
was a Staff Sergeant. Herman was captured by
the Germans in France, Dec 21, 1944. He was
sent to a concentration camp in Germany until the end of the war. He was discharged in Nov., 1945.
Clyde,
a Private First Class, was drafted March 1945 at the age of 18. He served in Italy during World War II and was
discharged October, 1946.
