Waldo Reed, St. Louis, was a Private in the Army, 79th
Infantry Division during World War II.
He was based at Camp Pickett, Va; Camp Forrest, Tenn.; and Camp Blanding, Fla. before he
received a Medical Discharge.
He was one of five sons of the late John and Rosie Reed of Leadwood who served in World
War II.
